BioHorizons is seeking a Customer Care Representative/Receptionist for our Canadian Branch located in Markham, Ontario.
Responsibilities include:
· Order intake point person for customers.
· Assist and advise customers requiring technical assistance.
· Provide timely, proper and courteous telephone coverage, screen incoming calls and designate to the appropriate department or individual.
· Interact with distribution to facilitate timely shipment of products.
· Process customer returns.
· Interact with accounting to maintain accurate customer accounting records.
· Interact with field sales force.
· Greet and direct guests.
· General administrative duties.
Qualifications:
· Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
· Effective interpersonal and communication skills required.
· Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
· Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
