John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC Cadillac, a busy automotive dealership in Hamilton, is seeking a courteous, task oriented individual for a Parts Advisor role. This individual should have strong automotive knowledge, attention to detail, and possess basic computer skills. Applicants should posses strong customer service skills both face to face and over the phone, as well as an ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Salary: $39,500 to $45,500 per year
Responsibilities:
Identifying and locating car parts required in the electronic parts catalog.
Answering phone calls from customers.
Assisting customers in identifying the correct parts they require.
Assist with unpacking of parts orders.
Stocking locations / stock shelves.
Maintain a tidy and organized parts area.
Qualifications:
Parts Counter: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Automotive parts knowledge is an asset
Experience using PBS is a strong asset.
