We are planning to hire a Sales Administrative Assistant to join the Sales Team.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm.
Job Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

Prepare export documents and product registration for international markets.

Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise.

Create invoices and sale reports/letters.

Arrange shipping with freight forwarder.

Prepare orders for clients by entering information into the computer system.

Prepare financial statements and/or account summaries for clients.
Requirements:

Some post-secondary education in business, marketing, sales, or related disciplines.

Excellent communication skills and a familiarity with electronic presentation/report formats (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Excellent customer service, time management, and project organizational skills.

Must be Fluent in Korean
