Job Summary
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor(Style Crew Supervisor in Moxy World) who leads by example and actively supports our housekeeping team. This role goes beyond inspecting rooms, it's about rolling up your sleeves, making beds, preparing rooms, and helping the team deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Actively participate in housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, making beds, and preparing guest rooms.
- Conduct room inspections and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage daily schedules and task assignments for the housekeeping team.
- Support inventory management and maintain proper stock of supplies and linens.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring a memorable experience.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
