We are recruiting a Class 1 Driver / Loader Operator to join our team for projects at various locations throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan. This position is ideal for a versatile individual who is comfortable operating both commercial vehicles and heavy equipment in a fast-paced aggregate environment. Responsibilities may include hauling equipment, operating loaders, and running mixing and spreading equipment. Experience working around crushers and screening plants is considered a strong asset. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Safely operate a Class 1 commercial vehicle to transport equipment and materials to and from project sites

Load, secure, transport, and unload heavy equipment, including loaders, using a lowbed trailer

Pull lowbeds, conveyors, and other equipment as required

Operate loaders to load trucks, stockpile materials, and support aggregate production in a safe and efficient manner

Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns

Complete required logbooks, inspection reports, and other documentation

Work safely around crushers, screeners, conveyors, and other aggregate processing equipment

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Assist with general labour and other duties as required to support operations

Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract

Experience operating lowbed trailers and transporting heavy equipment is preferred

Experience operating loaders in an aggregate, construction, or industrial environment is preferred

Experience operating mixing or spreading equipment is considered an asset

Previous experience working around crushers and screening plants is a strong asset

Ability to work safely in a fast-paced outdoor environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safe work practices

Willingness to travel and work at various locations throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan

Willingness to learn and be trained in equipment operation and material blending processes

Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, including cannabis
