Paris Paris is hiring for Chef de Partie. We are looking for individuals who are creative and are passionate about everything food and beverage. The position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, is organized, flexible and is self-motivated.
Our menu is a mix of delicious and comforting food, drawing inspiration from classic bistro fare. We are looking for team members who are driven by a desire to learn and grow and have a passion for food and food culture.

A typical day in the kitchen includes:
- Being responsible for daily operation of a station in a high-volume kitchen
- Working alongside the Chef de Cuisine and team
- Managing inventory
- Providing support and working as a team to develop and maintain a professional workforce
- Ensuring high quality plates, both in taste and aesthetic, are being served

We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Minimum 2 years of cooking experience
- The ability to effectively communicate, motivate and interact with all levels within the organization
- The ability to effectively multitask
- A desire to learn and grow within the company
