Overview
We are seeking a certified and customer-focused Nail/Eyelash Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nail care, eyelash extension and beauty services, providing exceptional experiences to clients in a professional and welcoming environment. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Apply, maintain and remove eyelash extensions while keeping clients safe and satisfie.
- Provide body waxing services to clients seeking hair removal solutions
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas to ensure client safety
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items and skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and business revenue
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon environment
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, current trends, and sanitation standards
- Experience with body waxing is preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively and upsell retail products
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with an emphasis on product recommendations and client education
