Cornerstone Commercial Services Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced Duraform Cribbing Foreman to join our residential concrete foundation team. We are looking to fill this position immediately.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with residential Duraform foundation systems and be capable of independently leading a crew, organizing job sites, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a residential cribbing crew on multiple job sites
- Read and interpret residential foundation plans and blueprints
- Lay out and construct footings and foundation walls according to plans
- Lead Duraform wall setup, including corners, bulkheads, steps, block-outs, and build-ups
- Ensure walls are properly aligned, straightened, braced, and ready for concrete
- Coordinate stripping and organization of forms and materials
- Assign work effectively based on crew members’ skills and experience
- Maintain strong productivity and keep jobs on schedule
- Identify and resolve site or blueprint issues before they result in costly errors or return trips
- Ensure completed work meets company, builder, and quality standards
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
- Communicate professionally with management, builders, site supervisors, and crew members
- Take responsibility for crew performance, job quality, and efficient completion of assigned work
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential concrete cribbing and Duraform systems is required
- Previous foreman or crew-lead experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to independently run a residential cribbing crew
- Strong ability to read and understand foundation blueprints
- Strong knowledge of footings, foundation walls, build-ups, steps, corners, and residential foundation construction
- Must be dependable, punctual, organized, and able to lead effectively
- Strong understanding of job-site safety and quality control
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred

This is a leadership position requiring someone who can make sound decisions in the field, maintain productivity, prevent unnecessary deficiencies and return trips, and ensure the crew consistently produces quality work.
