Wolf Creek Building Supplies is looking for a reliable and safety-focused Class 3 Driver to join our growing team in Morinville, Alberta. This position is ideal for someone with experience delivering building materials and operating a truck-mounted Moffett forklift in residential and commercial environments.
Position Summary
The Class 3 Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of building materials to customer sites throughout the region. The successful candidate will operate a Class 3 delivery truck equipped with a Moffett forklift, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 3 delivery truck with Moffett forklift
- Deliver building materials to residential, commercial, and construction sites
- Load, unload, and secure materials properly for transport
- Operate Moffett forklift safely and efficiently on varied job sites
- Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections
- Maintain delivery paperwork and logs accurately
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Follow all transportation, safety, and company policies
- Assist in yard or warehouse duties when required
Qualifications
- Valid Alberta Class 3 Driver’s License with air brakes endorsement
- Experience operating a Moffett forklift preferred
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Experience delivering construction or building materials is an asset
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Safety-oriented with strong attention to detail
