Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm at the front desk
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs
- Conduct outbound calls for lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment setting
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and enhance brand visibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's standards of service
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Background in business development, account management, or marketing advantageous
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales metrics and customer data
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is a significant plus
- Prior experience in customer service roles that involve direct client interaction is beneficial
