About Us
We are a growing epoxy flooring company based in Mississauga, serving commercial and industrial clients across the GTA and beyond. We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our installation crews and support our lead technicians on active job sites.
What You'll Do
- Assist lead installers with epoxy floor preparation, coating, and finishing
- Help with surface grinding, patching, cleaning, and material prep
- Load/unload equipment and materials at job sites
- Follow safety procedures and site protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Travel to job sites as needed (company vehicle/team travel provided)
What We're Looking For
- No experience necessary — training provided on the job
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full days on your feet
- Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods)
- Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Valid driver's license is an asset but not required
- Must be available to start immediately
- Looking for full-time, long-term work — not just a short gig
- Eager to take on extra hours/shifts and grow earnings over time
