Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, supporting their developmental and educational needs. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support student progress and well-being
- Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and foster positive behavior
- Incorporate technology and computer skills to enhance educational activities when appropriate
- Assess individual student needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Document student progress through written reports and maintain organized records of activities and assessments
- Collaborate with team members to plan special events, activities, and curriculum enhancements
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored instructional strategies
- Uphold all safety standards and health protocols within the classroom setting
Experience
- Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is preferred
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Experience working with children who have disabilities or special needs is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus, along with strong communication skills in both languages
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, time management skills, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
- Familiarity with computer operation and educational software tools to support teaching activities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining individual responsibilities

Pay: $17.85-$45.76 per hour
