Your role, your impact
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant, you’ll own the finance workstream across the full implementation lifecycle, from project kick-off through go-live and hypercare. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients in designing and delivering finance solutions that align with their operational needs and drive business value.

Your day-to-day
Client Delivery & Leadership
Lead the finance workstream, acting as the primary point of contact for client finance stakeholders;
Build trusted relationships through clear communication, executive presence, and proactive issue management;
Facilitate workshops, process design sessions, and end-user training;
Mentor junior team members and support the application of implementation best practices.
Functional & Technical Expertise
Configure and validate D365 F&O finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Project Accounting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Inventory & Manufacturing Costing);
Design solutions aligned with manufacturing finance processes (standard costing, variance analysis, catch weight);
Translate business requirements into functional designs and collaborate with technical teams on gap solutions;
Document processes, fit/gap analysis, and configuration decisions;
Support testing activities (system, integration, UAT) and coordinate issue resolution;
Guide clients on data migration activities and support readiness for deployment.
Keys to your success
4+ years of hands-on D365 F&O experience, including 3+ full-cycle implementations;
Strong expertise across core finance modules and manufacturing costing processes;
Proven experience delivering finance implementations in the manufacturing sector;
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence client decisions;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with executive stakeholders;
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment;
Willingness to travel within North America (30–50%), with occasional international travel as required.
Extra edge
CPA designation or Controller-level industry experience;
Experience with Catch Weight processing in D365 F&O;
Experience with financial reporting tools (Management Reporter, SK Global, Power BI);
Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies (Sure Step, Activate, Agile).
Language skills
Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required , in particular to communicate on a regular basis with clients outside of Quebec .
