Project Coordinator

Dynamic Energy Services is a leading provider of energy-efficient LED lighting and advanced lighting control system upgrades. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in projects across the GTHA, working directly with our Project Managers and General Manager. This position is in-office, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel required.
Responsibilties:
· Assist in the project process, including procurement, material coordination, and project tracking
· Meet product deliveries, ensuring drop off containers supplied appropriately
· Conduct lighting audits at client facilities, either individually or as part of an audit team
· Identify existing lighting conditions and sources, and document them in detail
· Work with the design team to plan retrofit lighting and control systems
· Draft lighting layouts and site plans
· Support office and business functions in support of the Lighting Design and Project Management Team
· Perform inventory control functions at sites ensuring appropriate material management for job completion
· Able to complete visual assessments of lighting systems, worksites, drawings and fine print
· Requirement to complete hazard assessment forms, coordinate training and documentation
· Participate in workplace health and safety program
· Limited overnight travel as required within Ontario
· Other duties as required
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Technology, Engineering or a relevant field such as:
Green Technology, Construction, Building Systems, Electrical Trade or Electronics
· Minimum 2 Years of experience in the lighting industry and LED lighting familiarity is an asset
· Demonstrated ability to learn and multitask effectively
· Work efficiently in a position with a high level of autonomy by following established workflows
· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members for maximum productivity
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete extended focus work tasks in a timely manner
· Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software
· Microsoft Office and Auto CAD are an asset
· Ability to read and follow detailed electrical drawings and instructions
· Clear communication skills and ability to follow direction from supervisors
· Comfortable walking, standing for prolonged periods
· Valid G-Class Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle for transport to office or worksites
· Ability to obtain Criminal Record Check and Security Clearance (Reliability Status)

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
