As a STEM instructor, you will primarily focus on teaching robotics courses like Lego building, Wedo2.0/EV3/Spike Prime and coding class like Scratch and Python at TechBlazers. Experience with VEX IQ, VEX, or FRC is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Deliver STEM-oriented instructions through project-based learning methods such as teaching Lego building like Wedo 2.0 EV3/Spike Prime and python(programming).
- Encourage students to solve problems with the projects by thinking logically and creatively.
- Implement all policies and rules governing student life, inform students of reasonable rules concerning classroom procedures and behaviors, and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Assess the accomplishments of students in a variety of ways on a regular basis and provide feedback to parents and management.
- Research and develop new course material when required, ensuring proper documentation is maintained throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Experienced with or studied in STEM-related fields such as Science, Technologies, Engineering, and Math.
- Experience with VEX IQ/VEX/FRC is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Passionate about teaching and experienced in motivating children to learn and explore new ideas in class.
- Previous experience with Robotics Design and Software Development is a plus.
- Full-time college students are welcome.
