Alberta asphalt is looking for experienced base crew workers to join our team for the current 2026 construction season season. We currently are set up for another busy season involving grading parking lots, residential subdivisions, collector and arterial roadways. Looking for grader operators, packer operators, mixer operators, skid steer operators, grades person, water truck/bulker drivers and laborers.
Worker Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manor.
- Knowledge of proper paving applications to achieve company and city standards.
Qualifications and License Required
- Valid drivers license Class 5 or higher.
- Transportation to the job site or our office.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 seasons on a base crew.
Abilities and Physical Requirements
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Required to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Able to work extended hours and days.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
