We're a growing orthodontic practice looking for a warm, adaptable person to join us in a hybrid front desk and treatment coordinator role. As a newer practice, we're still building and refining how we do things, so you'll wear a few hats and help shape the role as we grow. You won't be expected to know everything on day one: what matters most is a genuine willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and real care for the people who walk through our door.
You'll be the first point of contact for our patients and families, and over time you'll grow into helping them understand and start their treatment. We'll train and support you every step of the way.
What you'll do
Front desk and reception:
- Greet patients and families warmly and create a welcoming first impression
- Answer and manage calls, emails, and voicemails
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments and manage daily schedule flow
- Check patients in and out and keep the reception area calm and organized
- Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system
- Handle correspondence, including referral and consultation letters
Treatment coordination (with training):
- Guide patients and families through treatment options, next steps, and what to expect
- Present treatment plans, fees, and payment options in a clear, friendly way
- Help patients feel confident and comfortable about starting treatment
- Coordinate financial arrangements and follow up with prospective patients
- Support the flow from first consultation to starting treatment
As we grow, the role will evolve, and there'll be room to take on more and develop new skills.
What we're looking for
- A genuine willingness to learn! This matters more to us than experience
- Available to work on Saturdays
- A warm, personable manner and real care for people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Comfort adapting as things change in a growing practice
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive, can-do attitude
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaker strongly preferred
- Experience in reception, dental, sales, or customer service is a bonus, not a requirement

You'll join a growing practice at an early, exciting stage, with real opportunity to shape your role and grow with us. If you're someone who loves working with people and wants to build something rewarding, we'd love to hear from you.
