Join our team as a Customer Service and Food Handling Associate. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, ensures food safety and quality, and keeps the operation running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance experience
- Prepare and handle food items according to safety standards and procedures, including basic food prep tasks
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions, sales processing, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, cleaning food prep stations, and adhering to food safety regulations
- Support quick service operations by managing order accuracy, timely delivery of food items, and efficient customer flow
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is required enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems preffered
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced quick service or fast-food restaurant setting
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
