We are seeking motivated and dependable Cheese Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and productivity
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Food safety/handling skills
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Ability to lift and handle heavy loads
Experience
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and operational procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
