Job Summary
We're hiring a strategic, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing across Cliff's Towing, Guardium Logistics, Guardium Security, and the broader Guardium Group of Companies.
This is a hands-on ownership role spanning strategy and execution, you'll set the direction for our digital presence and roll up your sleeves to deliver it, whether you're planning a paid campaign for enterprise security clients or directing content on a job site.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across all group brands, aligned to lead generation, recruiting, and brand awareness goals
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other channels, optimizing for ROI and cost-per-lead
- Oversee organic social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business, including short-form video, reels, and brand-tailored copy
- Manage SEO, Google Business profiles, and local search visibility for all brands
- Own the analytics function, define KPIs, track performance, report results to leadership, and continuously refine strategy
- Manage marketing budgets and report on spend, ROI, and campaign outcomes
- Lead community engagement and online reputation management across all platforms
- Partner with leadership on seasonal campaigns, promotions, and B2B/B2C recruiting initiatives
- Build, mentor, and manage a small marketing and content team as the brands scale
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Digital Media or equivalent hands on experience
- 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience (agency or in-house), including paid media management
- Demonstrated track record of campaigns you've run and measurable results you've delivered (growth, leads, ROI)
- Proven proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of SEO, platform algorithms, and content performance metrics
- Working knowledge of video/photo editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom) and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
- Excellent written communication with the ability to adapt tone across B2C and B2B audiences
- Proven ability to set strategy, manage budgets, work independently, and lead multiple priorities to deadline
- Comfortable working on-location at job sites, yards, and operational environments when needed
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation (travel across the Edmonton area required)
