OLA TRAVELS INC is a full-service, IATA-certified travel agency based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We specialize in leisure travel, cruises, vacation packages, guided tours, and international air travel. Our mission is to make travel planning simple, enjoyable, and personalized while delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Design customized travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, tours, and travel insurance.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and travel documentation.
- Prepare quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage bookings from initial consultation through post-travel follow-up.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about travel products, industry trends, promotions, and supplier offerings.
- Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in the travel industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus preferred) is an asset.
- Experience selling cruises, vacation packages, and international air travel is preferred.
- TICO certification or willingness to obtain certification (if applicable).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
