What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
Welcome on-site guests and guide them through our friendly, transparent sales process.
Listen to customer needs to match them with the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle.
Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle technology, and highlight vehicle safety features.
Collaborate with our Finance & Insurance team to present clear buying and leasing options.
Build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and community referrals.
What We Look For (Requirements):
No auto sales experience required! We highly encourage applicants with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, cellular sales, bartending, or customer service to apply.
A valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driving abstract.
Strong communication skills and an easy time chatting with new people.
A tech-savvy mindset to navigate our simple customer tracking software.
