Sherwood Honda is looking for a hungry, high-energy Lube Technician or 1st Year Apprentice who wants to stop just "changing oil" and actually start building a lucrative career in the automotive trade. We run one of the busiest, highest-volume service departments in the region, and we are looking for someone who wants to learn from the best Journeymen in the business.

What We’re Looking For:
- The Hustle Mindset: Someone who moves with a sense of urgency on the lube line while maintaining flawless attention to detail.
- Basic Mechanical Aptitude: Previous experience in a lube bay, high school automotive program, or working on your own vehicles is preferred.
- Reliability & Punctuality: If you're the type to show up late or call in sick on busy Saturdays, save us both the time. We need "Top Dog" work ethic.
- Professional Attitude: Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and a team-first mindset.
