Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, positive, customer-oriented individual to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring a positive experience. You will also be responsible for ordering and merchandising for the front shop as well as supporting other areas of pharmacy, when possible.
Duties:
· Greet all patients and customers as they enter the pharmacy
· Cash patients out using the point-of-sale terminal (Telus Assyst POS) and debit/credit machine
· Product labeling, pricing, putting away orders, facing shelves, checking expiry dates, etc.
· Support the pharmacy staff in day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operation of the pharmacy
Skills:
· Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
· Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
· Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
