HIRING
We are currently looking to add an experienced excavator operator to our team!
Must have:
⭐️ 5+ years of excavating experience
⭐️ Civil experience
⭐️ The ability to work alone in remote areas
⭐️ The ability to work as a team with others
⭐️ A general understanding of maintenance
⭐️ A good attitude
⭐️ Clean drivers abstract ( for company truck use )
⭐️ Able to follow simple instructions
⭐️ Environmental awareness
⭐️ Safe & efficient operating skills
Work locations vary from Mill bay - Campbell River
8-10 hour days
Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday’s depending on work load
Overtime pay after 8 hours
Travel pay or accommodation depending on work location
Benefits after 3 months
Premium paid if personal truck is supplied for company/work use
First aid is considered an asset
