On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Program Manager, Wealth Management for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Program Manager, Wealth Management - Job Description:
The project involves creating a mobile app for international wealth management. The Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Program Manager will work closely with wealth management teams to deliver business value to customers by developing client and web portals, as well as mobile applications.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Program Manager, Wealth Management - Responsibilities:
- Inspire, motivate, and guide team members to achieve delivery goals
- Identify roadmap/feature dependencies and impediments, and remove them
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks
- Conduct regular assessments of the team’s Agile Maturity
- Facilitate scrum of scrum agile ceremonies and planning exercises
- Plan, manage, and report program budget and integrated delivery schedules
- Coordinate release management and operational readiness activities
Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Program Manager, Wealth Management - Mandatory Skills:
- Spanish and English language proficiency
- 9+ years of technology program management experience
- Experience with Agile practices such as Scrum of Scrums and Kanban
- Experience managing program budgets and delivery schedules
- Ability to create and communicate reports to stakeholders
- Ability to track and remove dependencies and impediments
Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Program Manager, Wealth Management – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Working experience in JIRA/Confluence
- Previous banking experience
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Program Manager, Wealth Management – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with a possible extension for a 2-year project.
