Requirements:
· Will demonstrate an ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment.
· Must show a willingness to learn and take initiative.
· Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and ISO quality management systems is an asset but not necessary.
· Experience and knowledge of the industrial and hydraulic hose and fittings industry is welcome but not necessary.
· Commitment to organization, cleanliness and safety
· Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to work well with others
· Excellent verbal and written skills

· This position reports directly to Charlie Miller, Branch Manager.
