The Scholars personalized tutoring franchise (Scholarsed.com) is seeking passionate and enthusiastic part-time Teachers/Tutors for French for various ages and skill levels. As a teacher at Scholars, you will have the opportunity to positively impact students, both personally and academically.

Job description
Small group (maximum 2:1 ratio), individualized tutoring for students learning French ranging in age from from elementary school to high school.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Ontario Certified Teachers are preferred, but also those aspiring to a career in education or just passionate about helping kids succeed.
- Previous experience teaching French is an asset.
- Ability to teach groups of up to 2 students.
- Excellent French oral and written skills, as well as English skills for the workplace.
- A passion to help students reach their potential.
- Exceptionally organized and high attention to detail.
- Reliable mode of transportation (summer and winter)
Candidates must be able to work a minimum of two shifts of 4 hours per week within our hours of operation below.
- Monday - Thursday, 3:00 - 8:00 pm
- Saturdays, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Salary: $20 to $23 per hour
