Poly-Mor Canada Inc. is a national leader in geotechnical polyurethane solutions, specializing in concrete lifting, void filling, soil stabilization, and leak sealing. We’re currently hiring a Production Technician to join our Edmonton-based team and support our expanding operations.
About the Role
As a Production Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our field operations team, working directly on-site to help solve infrastructure challenges using cutting-edge polyurethane foam injection technology. You’ll assist with the setup and execution of jobs that involve lifting sunken concrete, filling underground voids, sealing water leaks, and other specialized applications.
This is a physical, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is mechanically inclined, and thrives in a team-driven environment. You'll use tools such as concrete saws and drills, maintain a clean and safe worksite, and travel to various job locations (some evening and weekend work may be required).

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform polyurethane injection work to lift slabs, fill voids, and seal leaks
- Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, concrete saws) safely and effectively
- Assist in setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading/unloading materials
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment
- Travel to job sites locally and regionally as required
- Work in various outdoor conditions throughout the year
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable with occasional out of town work
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience using hand tools or in a construction environment (asset but not required)
- Previous experience with polyurethane foam is an asset, but not mandatory
- Ability to pass pre-job or pre-access D&A testing
Preferred (but not required) Certifications
- Fall Protection

- Forklift Operation
- First Aid / CPR
- WHMIS
