Do you enjoy cleaning? Are you looking for a position with day shifts? The Home Inn & Suites by d3h™ - Swift Current is now hiring a Part-Time Housekeeping/Room Attendant. 8-hour Shifts will be between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. You must be available to work during the week as well as weekends.
We are looking for a candidate with experience working in a Hotel Housekeeping environment and will understand the requirements of the role. This person will be a detail-oriented individual with ability to work with the housekeeping team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: You must be legally entitled to work in Canada as the employer does not have a labor market opinion that would support a foreign worker.
What You'll Do:
- The room attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas with the high standards established within the hotel system.
- Be a team player who can also work well independently.
- Maintain a safe and secure workplace for co-workers and guests.
- Consistently ensure rooms are ready to rent.
- Notify supervisor and/or maintenance of necessary repairs.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with guests.
- Keep your work areas well-maintained and stocked.
- Must have basic English communication skills.
