THE ROLE
Thank you for your interest in joining our team as Relief Night Bell Desk Attendant.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Provide a high standard of customer service, including greeting each guest.
- Respond to and assist with guest requests or complaints.
- Deliver packages to guest rooms or respective departments.
- Take and retrieve luggage carts as required.
- Communicate important pass on information to day shifts.
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel, including its outlets, facilities and services.
- Be knowledgeable of Banff National Park activities and dining options.
- Follow safety and security procedures carefully.
- Report any suspicious activity to necessary persons.
- Perform basic maintenance duties if necessary, addressing any emergencies swiftly and effectively.
- Other projects as required.
Ideal Candidate/Job Requirements:
- Has 1 year previous hotel experience at the front desk, bellman, concierge, reservations or related experience (Preferred).
- Is a capable multi-tasker with keen attention to detail.
- Has a professional and friendly personality in person and over the telephone.
- Has excellent English comprehension and communication skills; a second language is an asset as we welcome many international guests.
- Frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 50lbs.
