About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Laptops Repair Technician who is comfortable working beyond basic repairs/replacements and can also handle board-level issues and micro-soldering work. This is a pure hardware role - ideal for someone who enjoys opening devices, diagnosing real faults, and fixing them at component level.
What You’ll Do

- Perform component replacements (screens, keyboards, batteries, USB ports, charging ports, etc.)
- Carry out micro-soldering and de-soldering work (SMD / small components)
- Handle motherboard-level repairs and replacements
- Perform BIOS troubleshooting and unlocking
- Complete repairs in a high-volume, hands-on environment
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on, full-cycle laptops repair experience i.e. diagnosis → disassembly → repair/replace → reassembly
- Proven experience repairing windows-based laptops (Lenovo, HP, Dell, Acer and others)
- Proven experience with micro-soldering (small components / SMD work)
- Hands-on experience with motherboard-level repairs and/or ICs replacements
- Comfortable with device teardown and full reassembly
- Experience working with internal components (not just external parts)
- Able to handle multiple repairs daily with consistency
Important
This role is not ideal for IT support / helpdesk profiles without real computer hardware repair experience. We’re specifically looking for technicians who have worked directly on internal components and boards across computer devices.
