What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude and help them select eyewear that suits their lifestyle, prescription, and personal style.
- Take accurate measurements to ensure proper frame fit and lens positioning.
- Educate patients on lens designs, coatings, frame materials, and other optical options so they can make informed decisions.
- Process eyewear orders accurately using VisualEyes software.
- Work closely with our laboratory partners to ensure quality products and timely delivery.
- Maintain an attractive, organized optical dispensary and merchandising displays.
- Teach patients how to properly care for and maintain their eyewear.
- Resolve patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with our doctors and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an optical dispensary or retail environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of optical products and medical terminology is an asset.
- Experience with VisualEyes or similar practice management software is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service and patient care.
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
