Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires evening/night shift availability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and sanitation
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions.
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste materials and recycling according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or with others
- Ability to problem solve.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
