Titans Fire Greek Grill — Grill & Line Cooks Wanted
Titans Fire Greek Grill is a new fire-grilled Greek concept opening in Scarborough. Fire-grilled proteins, marinades and finishing sauces made in-house, and a kitchen run on real standards.
What you'll do
- Grill and finish proteins to temperature and spec on the grill line
- Run your station through service — speed, consistency, no drop-off at rush
- Execute daily prep: marinades, sauces, portioning, vegetables
- Hold food safety, temperature, and labelling standards without shortcuts
- Keep the line clean and organized before, during, and after service
- Support receiving, rotation, and opening/closing procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous grill or line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Solid knife skills and a clean, organized station
- Ability to hold quality and speed together during rush
- Reliability — you show up on time, ready to work
- Food Handler Certification is an asset (we can support you in obtaining it)
- Comfortable working around a hot grill for a full shift
What we offer
- $19–$20/hour to start, based on experience, plus tips

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
