We are looking for a talented and passionate Nail Technician specializing in Russian Manicure to join our team.
The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of professional experience, excellent technical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Your role will be to provide premium-quality nail services while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization. The ability to build strong relationships with clients and recommend additional services and professional retail products is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality Russian manicures, pedicures, structured gel manicures, and gel nail enhancements.
- Maintain the highest standards of sterilization, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable services.
- Recommend professional retail products and additional salon services.
- Continuously improve your skills and stay up to date with the latest nail techniques and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of professional experience as a Nail Technician.
- Strong knowledge of Russian Manicure techniques, natural nail care, and sanitation protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Retail sales experience is an asset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
