About the Role
EnerChanges Health Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Nurse (students welcome) to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on clinical experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment, with a primary focus on administering injections.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SC) injections safely and efficiently
- Prepare injection materials and maintain proper sterile technique
- Monitor patients for any immediate post-injection reactions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures
- Support clinic flow and collaborate with the healthcare team as needed
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or current nursing student in good standing
- Comfortable with or willing to learn injection techniques
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to clinical protocols
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a structured clinical setting
