We are presently looking for a full-time maintenance technician to join our growing property management company.
Requirements:
- Incumbent would report to the Property Managers
- Must own your own tools, basic plumbing tools required
- Certification in technical trade or extensive experience doing a wide variety of home-renovation/repair work.
- Must have your own vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of Plumbing preferred and HVAC Mechanical systems would be an asset.
- Rotation of "on call" shifts may be required (24/7 emergency paging system).
- Working knowledge of Computer/Smart Phone an asset.
- Experience with: Leaks, Clogs, Backups, Installations and Repairs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
