Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Oil and Tires Helper to join our automotive service team. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair within a dealership environment. The ideal candidate will assist with tire changes, oil services, and basic vehicle maintenance, supporting our skilled technicians to ensure efficient and quality service for our customers.
Duties
- Assist with tire replacements, rotations, and balancing using hand tools and power tools
- Support oil change procedures, including draining, refilling, and inspecting vehicle fluids
- Help with vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks as directed by technicians
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning tools and equipment
- Assist with inventory management of automotive parts and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries professionally
- Support the team in performing safety checks and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Perform heavy lifting of tires, batteries, or other automotive parts as needed
Skills
- Dealership experience or mechanic experience is a strong plus
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic automotive equipment
- Strong customer service skills to assist customers effectively
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn new skills in vehicle repair and servicing
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
Pay: From $690.00 per week
