We’re looking for an experienced carpenter ready to step into a leadership role within a growing residential construction company.
This position is ideal for someone who has strong carpentry skills, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is ready to help lead projects and manage a crew on-site. We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, organized, and confident taking ownership of a job while still being hands-on in the work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and help manage day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate and work alongside crew members
- Maintain quality workmanship and job site efficiency
- Read plans and help execute projects accurately
- Communicate professionally with clients, trades, and team members
- Problem solve and keep projects moving forward
- Assist with framing, finishing, renovations, and general carpentry work
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of carpentry/construction experience preferred
- Leadership experience or interest in stepping into a leadership role
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site
- Organized, professional, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Someone who cares about quality, efficiency, and building a strong crew culture
