Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Driver/Delivery person to join our team in <LOCATION>. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive fresh, quality products promptly and efficiently, reflecting our commitment to excellent service and community values.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to customers within the community.
- Load and unload meat and poultry products, ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with customers.
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management as needed.
- Uphold safety standards during all transportation activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely deliveries.
- Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
