Journeyman HVAC Technician – Full-Time, Permanent
We are a well-established and growing mechanical company known for delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service. Our team specializes in custom home construction, renovations, hot water heating systems, and residential and commercial HVAC services.
We are currently seeking a skilled, detail-oriented HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This position focuses on service work, renovations, and equipment replacements. The successful candidate will become part of a team of experienced professionals committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. There is potential for growth to a management position in a short period of time for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Complete furnace air conditioning, and heat pump installations and replacements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (required)
- Experience with residential and commercial service work
- Experience with furnace and air conditioning installations and replacements
- Possession of basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Hydronic heating experience is considered an asset
