About the Role
KVS Vapour Shop is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position (20+ hours per week)

What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service that builds customer trust and loyalty
- Identify customer needs and recommend products that best fit their lifestyle
- Support the Store Manager with merchandising, reporting, and sales tracking
- Keep displays clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Handle store opening and closing duties with care
- Stay current on product features and promotions through ongoing training
- Follow health & safety and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be 19+ and experienced with vaping products

- Shifts: 4–8 hours depending on scheduling needs
Locations
We are currently hiring for multiple KVS Vapour Shop locations (Trail / Creston). Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate within the Kootenay region before starting work.
