Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in office management, data entry, and using various software tools. This role involves managing front desk duties, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional support to team members and clients. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory management
Experience
- Prior administrative experience in an office setting is preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a requirement
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform accurate data entry and document proofreading
- Familiarity with front desk operations
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
