Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to each client's preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to clients’ needs and offering expert advice.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools according to health regulations.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they feel valued and understood throughout their visit.
- Assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the salon and supporting team members as needed.
Qualification
- Proven experience in hair styling, including cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a salon environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus.
- A friendly attitude, team-oriented mindset, and dedication to providing an outstanding client experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience .
Pay: $17.85-$48.34 per hour
