Community Engagement Representative – Senior Living Community
CAN-DER Properties LTD (a division of CAN-DER Group), Sherwood Park, AB
Company Overview
Our organization is a dynamic and growing property management company specializing in professionally managed 55+ active adult communities. Currently operating four residential communities, with a fifth building soon joining our portfolio, we are proud to provide independent living environments designed for active seniors who value connection, lifestyle, and community.
Unlike traditional seniors care or assisted living facilities, our communities are designed for independent living and do not provide home care or medical services. Instead, we focus on creating vibrant, welcoming communities where residents can maintain their independence while enjoying meaningful social engagement, wellness-focused living, and strong neighbourly relationships.
At the heart of our approach is a commitment to fostering community, wellbeing, and active lifestyles. Through resident programming, community events, responsive service, and thoughtfully managed properties, we create spaces where residents feel supported, connected, and proud to call home.
Our dedicated team provides seven-day operational coverage with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service, proactive building management, and responsive maintenance. We believe thriving communities are built through communication, professionalism, respect, and genuine resident relationships. As we continue to grow, we remain focused on delivering positive living experiences that promote independence, encourage social connection, and support healthy, active living for today’s seniors.
