We are seeking a motivated, self‑driven Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our online sales for a wide range of recoverable electronics. This role is ideal for someone who understands the value of electronic components, enjoys building customer relationships, and is confident managing both purchasing and sales activities. A candidate who possesses a strong ability to work across multiple online sales platforms, including managing listings and cross‑posting products efficiently. The candidate must be comfortable working toward defined targets and maintaining steady performance month after month.

- E‑scrap and recoverable electronic materials
- Medical electronics and equipment
- Computers, laptops, and accessories
- Cords, wires, and cabling
- Chips, motherboards, and assorted components
- Servers, server racks, and networking equipment
- Develop and manage online sales channels for e‑scrap and electronic products
- Source, evaluate, and purchase inventory from suppliers and recyclers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate pricing
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and inventory
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Experience in sales, purchasing, or electronics recycling (preferred)
- Strong understanding of electronics, components, or IT hardware
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and hit targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with online marketplaces and digital sales tools
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated by commission‑based earnings
- Base salary ($25,000)+ competitive commission structure (15% on net sales).
