Job Summary:
As a Cleaner at Calm Waters Cleaning & Concierge, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services for residential properties. Your primary duties will include routine cleaning, deep cleaning, and ensuring that homes are maintained to the highest standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Clean and sanitize all areas of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
· Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces to maintain a spotless and hygienic environment.
· Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces for a streak-free finish.
· Empty trash, replace liners, and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
· Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
· Report any maintenance issues or damages found during cleaning.
· Follow all health and safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.
· Communicate effectively with team members to address any concerns or special requests
Qualifications:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Ability to perform tasks in a timely manner
· Excellent communication skills to interact with other team members
· Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
· Ability to work weekends as needed

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
