Ensure financial reporting, transactions, and operations comply with organizational policies, financial standards, and internal controls.
Utilize financial modeling and analytical tools to measure and forecast the impact of economic scenarios, risks, and business changes.
Maintain financial databases by entering, verifying, and backing up financial data.
Track variances between financial projections and actual results, identify discrepancies, and recommend adjustments or process improvements.
Assist with preparing budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic business planning.
Create and present financial reports to leadership, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide financial insights and support operational initiatives.
Reconcile financial transactions by comparing and correcting data discrepancies.
Prepare and distribute daily reporting including Daily Sales Reports, KPI Reports, and Consolidated Cash Balance Emails.
Prepare the weekly 13-Week Cash Forecast to support operational cash requirements across company locations.
Support treasury functions by creating and approving ACH and wire requests and preparing files for bi-weekly cash calls.
Prepare and submit the monthly Borrowing Base Certificate for the Revolving Loan facility.
Manage and maintain the Vena forecasting and reporting tool including updates related to acquisitions, new GL accounts, and reporting enhancements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related areas preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with financial software applications preferred.
Experience with Vena planning and analysis software is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle preferred.
Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must pass criminal background check.
