We are currently recruiting for a Personal Support Worker to assist a male employer with all daily living activities.
The ideal candidate would be out-going, social and have a great sense of humor.
Location:
- North Delta (near Sunstone Park)
Shift:
- Tuesday & Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Availability for on call shifts considered an asset
- All support performed with second caregiver
Compensation:
Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
- Assist the client with all personal care such as, washroom care, bathing, grooming
- Suctioning assistance
- Meal preparation and eating assistance
- Medication administration
- Light housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming etc.,
- Ceiling lift transfer
Required Qualifications:
- Caregiving experience is required
- Driver's license is a strong asset
- Experience in complex care or supporting individuals that have a tracheostomy considered an asset
- Non-smoker and Non-vaper
- Must be fully vaccinated
